Standard PBAT Color Masterbatch

Traditional plastics are cheap and resistant to corrosion, have good mechanical performance, but are difficult to naturally degrade, resulting in white waste and causing serious environmental pollution. PBAT, on the other hand, is becoming an environmentally friendly new material due to its biodegradability. Standard PBAT masterbatch is designed specifically for biodegradable plastics, with fast degradation performance, good processing performance, and strong dispersion, ensuring uniformity and ecology without affecting the physical performance of the product itself.

Examples of Applications

Blow Molding

During the production of plastic bottles with PET material or high-grade PP material, the transparent masterbatch should possess high fluidity.

Example of application: Bottles of water, medicinal bottles, beer bottles, and others.
Problem area: There is a tendency of whitening in the bottle neck.

PC Hollow Sheets (Sun Sheets)

We have extremely high expectations regarding the performance of our PC hollow sheets in terms of weatherability, and therefore, our selection criteria for the most suitable masterbatch suppliers are extremely stringent.

Testing Data: The masterbatch used in our PC hollow sheets has highly efficient ultraviolet absorber content, and after subjecting it to our simulated 2,000 hours of UV aging test, the variation in the yellowing index (YI) of the sheets is only 0.3.

Automotive Lighting
